The KSB "Etanorm SYT" is a horizontal single-suction centrifugal pump designed for the circulation of thermal oil and high-temperature water. It can handle mineral-based and synthetic thermal oils up to 350°C and hot water up to 180°C, making it suitable for processes in industries such as chemicals, resins, rubber, food, wood, painting, and various heating equipment that deal with high-temperature fluids. The pump features a structure that considers the thermal impact from high-temperature fluids on the bearings and seals, and it achieves stable operation under high-temperature conditions through mechanical seals, a quench system tailored to the application, and a bearing and seal structure designed for durability. Additionally, it employs a back pull-out design, allowing access to internal components without removing the pump casing from the piping during maintenance.
